Withdrawal overview

PLUSPH withdrawals are available to players who have completed identity verification and have a verified payment method. All withdrawal requests are subject to review under our AML and Know Your Customer policies. Funds may be withheld if additional verification is required or if a security review is triggered. Approved withdrawals are sent to the selected method in accordance with each method’s processing times.

Withdrawal methods

PLUSPH supports the following withdrawal methods. To initiate a withdrawal, select a method in your account and provide the required details. Where applicable, the beneficiary name must match the name on the PLUSPH account.

• Bank transfer: Min 25€, Max 5,000€ per withdrawal. Processing time is 2–5 business days after approval. Fees may apply at the payment processor or bank as published in the current schedule.
• E-wallet: Min 25€, Max 5,000€ per withdrawal. Processing time 2–5 business days after approval. PLUSPH may not charge a withdrawal fee, but third-party wallet providers may apply charges.
• Crypto wallet: Min 25€, Max 5,000€ per withdrawal. Processing time 2–5 business days after approval. Network fees and any on-chain costs are borne by the recipient.

Withdrawal limits and timing

Per withdrawal, the minimum is 25€ and the maximum is 5,000€. Your overall withdrawal capacity may be limited by your verification level and any applicable daily or monthly limits set in your account. Specific limits for each method are displayed in the Withdrawals section of your account.

Eligibility and verification

Withdrawals require that your PLUSPH account be verified and that the withdrawal destination is eligible for credit. You must provide valid government issued identification and proof of address. Name on withdrawal destination must match the name on the PLUSPH account. The verification process may be completed within a reasonable period after submission of documents.

Submitting a withdrawal

1. Log in to PLUSPH and open the Withdrawals area.
2. Select a withdrawal method and enter the amount between 25€ and 5,000€ per transaction.
3. Provide or confirm the destination details and submit the request.
4. Receive a confirmation and monitor the withdrawal status in your account.

Bonuses and withdrawals

Withdrawals funded in part or in full by bonus money are subject to the current bonus terms. Bonus funds may be restricted by wagering requirements and other conditions. If the wagering requirements are unmet, the bonus portion may be removed from the withdrawal.

Security and compliance

PLUSPH applies security measures to protect funds and data. Withdrawals are restricted to the verified payment methods on the account and may be blocked for security reasons or pending verification. PLUSPH complies with applicable AML laws and privacy obligations. Data retained for regulatory and internal audit purposes.

Disputes and support

If you dispute a withdrawal decision, contact PLUSPH support through the account dashboard. The compliance team will review the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 10 business days unless additional information is requested.
